This semi-automatic strapping machine is designed for general purpose semi-automatic strapping. It offers the user a fast and convenient way to apply polypropylene strap to boxes, bundles, and other packaging items. The tension gauge dial on the operators control panel allows quick and easy adjustment with a tension range of 10-100 lbs. It accepts packages as small as 2-1/2″ wide by 1″ high up to an unlimited maximum size. The solid-state circuitry eliminates downtime. It works on 110V AC. The machine has four 3″ swivel casters (2 locking) for easy movement. It accommodates 1/4″ to 5/8″ polypropylene strapping on 8″ x 8″ core. A free coil of 1/2″ x 9000′ white polypropylene strapping is included. The machine measures 35″L x 23″D x 30″H. This item has a 30-day labor warranty, and a 1-year parts warranty. It only covers the manufacturing defects.
