Returns Policy

We accept item returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, with the exception of custom workstations, ball transfer tables, and flow channel strips. If we made an error, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product, we’ll cover the return shipping costs to ensure your experience remains hassle-free.

After we receive your returned item, we process refunds within 3–5 business days. However, in many cases, refunds are issued even faster.
