Shipping and Returns Policy for AT Auto Conveyor

Shipping Policy

We ship to nearly any address worldwide, making it easy for you to access our quality products regardless of your location. Please note, some products may have restrictions due to size, weight, or regional regulations, and certain items may not be eligible for international shipping. If you’re placing an international order, we encourage you to contact us to confirm product availability and shipping options.

When you place an order, we estimate shipping costs based on the items’ availability and the shipping method you select. We work with reliable shipping providers to ensure your products arrive safely and on time. Expedited shipping is available for urgent orders, and we also offer bulk shipping solutions for large or custom orders. If you need help choosing the best shipping option, our team is ready to assist.

For orders within the United States, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. International shipping times may vary based on the destination and customs processes.

Returns Policy

At AT Auto Conveyor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept item returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, with the exception of custom workstations, ball transfer tables, and flow channel strips. If we made an error, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product, we’ll cover the return shipping costs to ensure your experience remains hassle-free.

After we receive your returned item, we process refunds within 3–5 business days. However, in many cases, refunds are issued even faster. We recommend securely packaging the item to prevent any damage during the return shipping process. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and the product details. Our responsive team will guide you through the return process and ensure it’s handled efficiently.

If you’re unsure about your product’s eligibility for a return or need additional help, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team for clarity and assistance.
